PUBG Mobile Season 13: Release date, Royale Pass, New Weapons, Vehicles, Cosmetics, Pass rewards & everything else you need to know



PUBG Mobile’s Season 12 is currently on but it seems people are already excited about upcoming Season 13. Some details of the PUBG Mobile Season 13 have leaked online and here’s what we know so far.
PUBG Mobile Season 13 will probably be called Toy Playground and follow a, well, toy theme. As per the leaks there are LEgo-themed colourful guns and character skins that look very much like Power Rangers’ costumes.
According to famous PUBG Mobile tipster, YouTuber Mr. Ghost Gaming, PUBG Mobile Season 13 will be called Toy Playground and skins for items and weapons will make them look like toys. For example, the Vector gun and a pistol can be seen in the video Mr. Ghost Gaming shared recently - you can spot the Lego theme and the Power Rangers-inspired character skins.
PUBG Mobile Season 13 Royale Pass might bring players a new AUG skin and Level 3 helmet skin. If players buy the Royal Pass they will also get a choice of costume rewards that include Flash Superman and Lava Superman.
Mr. Ghost Gaming’s video also shows a special Tribal Set with a male sheep’s skull mask and a themed outfit that matches. However, he has not mentioned how these can be bagged. There also seems to be a new character coming up who is named Andy. Andy is showcased with the tagline - “I can make this gun talk”.
You can also spot several new voice chat options on the video as well.

PUBG Mobile Season 12 brought the 2nd Year Anniversary theme with version 0.17.0 and added an Amusement Park Mode in Classic Erangel, an Arctic Mode, a new weapon, Hardcore Mode, Death Replay and Colorblind Mode.
You can download the beta build of PUBG Mobile Season 13 from here. But to be able to test this you have to be one of the beta testers of the battle royale beforehand.

Google will skip April Fool’s Day pranks this year Do u know ?

April Fools’ Day is cancelled tomorrow, at least for Google, as it chooses to stay serious in respect to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.
Business Insider reported this based on an internal email written to managers, instructing Google teams to skip its annual tradition of running gags across its various services.
“Take the year off from that tradition out of respect for all those fighting the COVID-19 pandemic. Our highest goal right now is to be helpful to people, so let’s save the jokes for next April, which will undoubtedly be a whole lot brighter than this one,” said Google chief marketing officer Lorraine Twohill in the memo.
While this could sound like an elaborate fake out, Google’s centralized marketing team had earlier decided to skip April Fools’ as well. The memo was a reminder for managers of smaller teams to also avoid April Fools’ Day pranks.
Twohill said the company may bring back its humorous tradition next year.
Some pranks the internet giant ran last year included adding the classic feature phone game Snakes to Google Maps — where players used snake-like public transport to pick-up passengers — and the introduction of the Google Tulip app, that allegedly enabled users to communicate with flowers, as well as using Google Assistant to tell random historic April Fools jokes.

Trump says he wants the country 'opened up and just raring to go by Easter,' despite health experts' warnings


(CNN) -President Donald Trump says he wants the nation "opened up and just raring to go by Easter" -- a date just more than two weeks away that few health experts believe will be sufficient in containing the spread of coronavirus.
Speaking during a Fox News town hall on Tuesday, Trump reiterated he was eager to see the nation return to normal soon, even as doctors warn the nation will see a massive spike in cases if Americans return to crowded workplaces or events.
"I give it two weeks," Trump said earlier in the town hall, suggesting he was ready to phase out his 15-day self-isolating guidelines when they expire. "I guess by Monday or Tuesday, it's about two weeks. We will assess at that time and give it more time if we need a little more time. We have to open this country up."
    But Trump said Monday that the health experts on his task force do not necessarily agree with his hope for a quick return to their jobs to boost the economy. Some Republicans on Capitol Hill, including Sen. Joni Ernst of Iowa and Rep. Liz Cheney of Wyoming, are also sounding the alarm.
    "There will be no normally functioning economy if our hospitals are overwhelmed and thousands of Americans of all ages, including our doctors and nurses, lay dying because we have failed to do what's necessary to stop the virus," Cheney, the No. 3 House Republican, tweeted Tuesday.
    The White House's coronavirus task force is receiving plenty of feedback from public health experts who are sounding the alarm over easing the social distancing guidelines next week, a source familiar with the matter said.
    Although Trump has talked about reopening the country by Easter, the source said, the President hasn't reached a final decision on exactly when the government's guidelines would be relaxed to get the economy back up and running. Trump is hearing from advisers who are urging him to make Easter more of an "aspirational date," the source added.
    When Trump talked up the idea of packing churches on Easter, the source continued, the President knew it was more wishful thinking than a realistic goal.
    "He was being himself," they said.
    At the moment, the source said the current thinking is that it's unlikely Trump will relax the social distancing guidelines next week, when the current 15-day period for those measures is scheduled to come to an end. That kind of a move would likely spark fierce debate inside the task force, the source said.

    Disagreement within the White House over Easter goal

    Trump's new Easter goal came hours after the New York Democratic Gov. Andrew Cuomo said that the state is expecting a height of coronavirus infections to come in two to three weeks.
    In a separate Fox News interview later Tuesday, the President provided a little more reasoning behind his timeline.
    "So, I think Easter Sunday, and you'll have packed churches all over our country. I think it would be a beautiful time. And it's just about the timeline that I think is right," he said.
    The administration's social distancing guidelines recommend against gatherings of more than 10 people, and many places of worship have adapted with online services.
    Trump did concede he wasn't sure if that timing -- just 19 days from now -- would work.
    "It gives us more chance to work on what we're doing, and I'm not sure that's going to be the day, but I would love to aim it right at Easter Sunday, so we're open for church service and services generally on Easter Sunday," he said. "That would be a beautiful thing."
    Birx, who serves as the White House coronavirus coordinator, was asked during the town hall whether she thinks an Easter deadline is realistic.
    "A lot of what we've done is tackle this epidemic the way people said we should have tackled the flu in 1918," Birx responded, adding that the President has asked the task force to use these two weeks "to get all the data from around the country."
    She also reasserted that "every American needs to continue the President's guidelines for these next six or seven days."
    Despite announcing the new guidelines under the banner "The President's Coronavirus Guidelines for America," Trump seemed to distance himself from the practices during the town hall.
    "Somehow, the word got out that this is the thing we are supposed to be doing," he said, noting the country had "never done a thing like this before."
    "But we had to do it. It's been very painful for our country and very destabilizing," he said.
    As his advisers prepare options for returning the country to work, Trump suggested that Americans would still be able to exercise good health practices while still returning to normal.
    "We have to go back to work much sooner than people thought," he said.
    Trump again compared coronavirus to the flu and auto accidents, despite warnings from his health advisers that such analogies make little sense.
      "We lose thousands and thousands of people to the flu. We don't turn the country off," he said, adding: "We lose much more than that to automobile accidents."
      Last week, Dr. Fauci, the director of the National Institute for Allergies and Infectious Diseases, said comparing coronavirus to auto accidents was a "false equivalency" and said it was important to "face the fact" that coronavirus is more lethal than the flu.

      India faces up to potential coronavirus crisis, but is the country really prepared for a 21 day lockdown?



      New Delhi (CNN) -India's normally bustling streets are quiet. Delivery drivers wear gloves and face masks. Even the country's unrelenting construction has come to a halt.
      It's all part of India's unprecedented 21-day bid to stop the coronavirus pandemic in its tracks with a nationwide lockdown.
      India is the world's second-most populous country and has the fifth-biggest economy, with trade connections all over the world. Yet despite its size, the country of 1.34 billion appears to have avoided the full hit of the pandemic. To date, India has only 492 confirmed cases of coronavirus and nine deaths. By contrast, South Korea -- which has a population only 3.8% the size of India's -- has more than 9,000 cases.
        China, where the outbreak was first identified, has more than 81,000 confirmed cases in a population of 1.39 billion.
        Prime Minister Narendra Modi has maintained there is no sign of community spread, and the World Health Organization (WHO) has praised India's swift response, which has included grounding domestic and international commercial flights and suspending all tourist visas.
        On Tuesday night, Modi ordered a 21-day nationwide lockdown starting at midnight Wednesday. The order, the largest of its type yet to be issued globally, means all Indians must stay at home and all nonessential services such as public transport, malls and market will be shut down.
        But fears are growing that the country remains susceptible to a wider, potentially more damaging outbreak. Experts have cautioned that India is not testing enough people to know the true extent of the issue -- and have questioned the viability and sustainability of a nationwide lockdown.
        In an interview with CNN last week, the WHO's chief scientist Soumya Swaminathan said India had taken all the necessary steps to prepare for the virus, and had been communicating well with the public.
        "Having said that, of course, we always have to prepare for a worse outcome," Swaminathan said. "It's better to be overprepared and to be overcautious than to be caught off guard."

        Man dies from hantavirus in China: All you need to know about the virus, and how it spreads

        Coronavirus is already taking the world by storm. However, many other viruses are rearing their heads like swine flu, bird flu and now hantavirus.


        China’s Global Times stated that a man from Yunnan Province passed away in a bus during his way back to Shandong Province for his work on Monday. The 32 other passengers on the bus were also tested for the virus



        Symptoms of hantavirus

        What is Hantavirus and how does it spread .

        Even when the world is trying to find a cure for the dreaded corona virus pandemic, a report in Global Times said that a man from China's Yunnan province died from Hanta virus while on a bus to the Shandong province.

        All the fellow passengers on the bus have been tested for the virus.

         What is Hantavirus?
        The Centre for Disease Control says that the virus is spread mainly from rodents. It goes on to say that infection with any of the hantavirus can cause hantavirus disease in people.

         "Hantaviruses in the Americas are known as “New World” hantaviruses and may cause hantavirus pulmonary syndrome (HPS). Other hantaviruses, known as “Old World” hantaviruses, are found mostly in Europe and Asia and may cause hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome (HFRS)," the CDC website said.

        The hantavirus case comes at a time when the total count of those infected by novel coronavirus globally is nearing the 400,000 mark and scientists are yet to find a cure for it. The global death toll has crossed the 16,500 mark.

        Google Doodle honours illustrator Sir John Tenniel on his 200th birth anniversary



        Google celebrated British illustrator and artist Sir John Tenniel's 200th birth anniversary with a doodle on February 28. An acclaimed Victorian painter, Tenniel is celebrated for his illustrations for Lewis Carroll's Alice's Adventures in Wonderland and Through the Looking-Glass.
        Tenniel was born in Bayswater, West London in 1820. At the age of 20, Tenniel received a major eye injury and eventually, lost sight in his right eye. From a very early age, Tenniel was appreciated as a humorist and soon after, also cultured his talent for scholarly caricature.
        His first illustration was for Samuel Carter Hall's The Book of British Ballads in 1842. Eight years later, he joined the historic weekly magazine Punch as a political cartoonist. Lewis Carroll noticed Tenniel's distinct style of work and in 1864, approached the artist to illustrate his book, Alice's Adventures in Wonderland.
        This association marked Carroll and Tenniel's creative partnership and continued with Through the Looking Glass in 1872. "The result: a series of classic characters, such as Alice and the Cheshire Cat, as depicted in the Doodle artwork's rendition of their iconic meeting-characters who, along with many others, remain beloved by readers of all ages to this day," the Google Doodle page says.
        After working with Lewis Carroll, Tenniel resumed his work with Punch. For his work, Tenniel also received a knighthood in 1893.
        Sir John Tenniel died on February 25, 1914. He was 93.
